We recommend appointments to guarantee fast service, but we may accept walk-ins when availability allows. Booking online is the best way to secure your spot. We are also mobile so there is no way to guarantee a spot without an appointment.

Q: How fast can I get my FBI background check?

Most FBI background check results return within 1 hour, making us the fastest and most reliable option in the region.

Q: How fast are your apostille services?

Our FBI background check apostilles and most federal apostilles are completed in 10 business days, the fastest turnaround legally possible through the U.S. Department of State.

Q: Can you mail my apostilled or legalized documents back to me?

Yes. All apostille and embassy legalization services include 2-day shipping, and you will receive tracking updates via email.

Q: Do you offer mobile fingerprinting appointments?

Yes. Mobile appointments must be scheduled over the phone so we can confirm travel distance, group size, and availability.

Q: What areas do you serve for mobile appointments?

We serve all of Portland Metro and surrounding counties. We also serve Washington's Clark County. Large groups and businesses outside this area may also be accommodated.

Q: What should I bring to my fingerprinting appointment?

Please bring a valid government-issued ID and any fingerprint cards or instructions provided by your requesting agency. If you do not have cards, we carry the standard FD-258 cards in stock.

Q: How do I schedule an apostille or embassy legalization?

You can contact us directly to get a quote. All FBI Background Check Apostille submissions can be done digitally through PDF upload.
