1  Your documents

Add each document you need apostilled — you can mix federal and state documents in one order. Only the fields you need will appear. The first document of each type is billed at the base rate; additional documents of that type are discounted.

Secure & private. Your details are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and payment is processed securely by Square — your card details never touch our site. You'll upload your documents securely after payment (or bring them in).

Only Hague Apostille Convention countries are listed. Don't see yours? It likely needs embassy legalization instead — call us and we'll help.

Federal apostilles include 2-day return shipping within the U.S.; domestic overnight is available for +$60. For state apostilles, you choose the return speed and we bill it at cost, so you only pay for the delivery you pick. We also mail internationally if you're abroad, billed at cost. We'll confirm the exact cost with you before we send it.

6  Your details

You'll pay securely through Square, then — if you also need fingerprinting — we'll take you straight to book your FBI background check. Documents from states other than Oregon or Washington are quoted first, with no charge until we confirm. Questions? Call (503) 536-2326.
