Start your apostille

Tell us about your document and where it's headed — federal or state, all 50 states. We'll confirm your exact pricing and timeline, then get it moving. Federal apostilles come back in 7–10 business days, the fastest turnaround in the nation.

1  Your documents

Add each document you need apostilled — you can mix federal and state documents in one order. Only the fields you need will appear. The first document of each type is billed at the base rate; additional documents of that type are discounted.

Secure & private. Your details are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and payment is processed securely by Square — your card details never touch our site. You'll upload your documents securely after payment (or bring them in).
Add a document above to see your estimate.

2  Do you also need fingerprinting?

3  Destination country

Only Hague Apostille Convention countries are listed. Don't see yours? It likely needs embassy legalization instead — call us and we'll help.

4  How we'll get your document

5  Getting it back to you

Standard 2-day return shipping within the U.S. is included. Overnight, expedited, international, and alternate-destination shipping fees are not included — they depend on the destination and delivery speed. We'll confirm the exact shipping cost with you before we send it.

6  Your details

You'll pay securely through Square, then — if you also need fingerprinting — we'll take you straight to book your FBI background check. Documents from states other than Oregon or Washington are quoted first, with no charge until we confirm. Questions? Call or text (503) 536-2326.

Not sure your document qualifies? Federal documents (like an FBI background check) go through the U.S. Department of State; state documents (birth, marriage, etc.) go through the issuing state. Not sure which yours is? Just submit the form or call — we'll sort it out.

Need it notarized first? Some documents — powers of attorney, affidavits, single-status letters — must be notarized before they can be apostilled. Our sister company, The Notaryous LLC, offers mobile notary across Portland Metro & Clark County, WA.
