    FBI background checks can be uploaded. State vital records, like birth, marriage, death, and divorce certificates, must be the original or a certified copy, so upload a photo for review, then mail it or bring it to our Beaverton office.
    $350 for the first document and $200 for each additional document, processed in 7–10 business days, with 2-day return shipping within the U.S. included.
    Order a certified copy from the state's vital records office or online through VitalChek (opens in new tab). The state typically takes 18–20 days to mail it, so order as soon as you can. You can have it shipped straight to our Beaverton office, and we'll start your apostille as soon as it arrives.
