Some employers, agencies, and licensing boards require you to be fingerprinted through a specific vendor — so please review the instructions from your employer or agency carefully before booking to make sure we're the right fit for your requirement. What to bring

  • A valid photo ID
    Unexpired, with your photo and signature. Driver's license, passport, military ID, green card, EAD, and more all work — see the full list on the Services page.
  • Your ORI number (FDLE only)
    If you're submitting to Florida's FDLE, have your ORI number ready when you book.
  • Your own cards (if required)
    Bringing FD-1164 cards? Please supply your own — we don't stock them. Two standard cards are included with every service.
  • Your FBI report (apostille only)
    For an apostille appointment, you'll need your FBI Identity History Summary report in hand and ready to upload.
