How timing works

Federal apostilles are processed in 7–10 business days, then 2-day shipping, so your client has the document back in about 2 weeks instead of the 6 to 8 it takes by mail. State apostilles run on the tier your client picks. If a consulate appointment is already on the calendar, tell us the date and we'll tell you which option makes it.

How the company code works

We set your firm up with a code

One email or phone call. We'll have it to you within one business day.

Your clients book under it

They pick a time on our booking page or walk in, and the code ties the visit to your office.

Your paralegals see what's done

No calling us to ask whether the FBI check came back or the apostille shipped. Billing works your way: the client pays at booking, or we invoice the firm.

What your client brings

  • An unexpired government photo ID: driver's license, passport, green card, or EAD
  • For a state apostille, the original or a certified copy from the issuing agency, whichever the destination country requires
  • The destination country, so we route the document to the right authority the first time
  • For a federal apostille on an FBI check they already have, the Identity History Summary itself

Questions

Frequently asked

Yes. We're an FBI-approved channeler, so prints are submitted electronically and the Identity History Summary comes back the same visit. Your client leaves with it in hand, or we hold it and start the apostille right away.
No. Federal apostilles have one speed and one price: $350 for the first document and $200 for each additional document in the same batch. That covers all U.S. Department of State handling, filing, and 2-day return shipping. There are no Standard or Premium tiers on federal documents; those exist only for Oregon and Washington state apostilles.
Yes, as long as it's the official FBI Identity History Summary. Send us the PDF or have your client bring the printout, and we handle the federal apostille at $350.
