Vendor sheet for relocation and global mobility teams

Your move manager sends us a transferee's name and destination country. We tell them exactly what the consulate will ask for, then handle all of it under one roof in Beaverton: fingerprints, apostilles, and notarizations.

Quick answer

Federal apostille $350 first document, $200 each additional, back in about 2 weeks. FBI check $125 in about 30 minutes. Oregon and Washington apostilles $250 to $450 by speed, with a 1–2 day option for families with a flight date. Mobile notary to the transferee's home, $100 travel plus $10 per signature.

How it works with your team

Your move manager sends a name and a destination country

One email to info@oregonfingerprints.com. That's the whole intake.

We tell the transferee what the consulate will ask for

Which documents, which apostille, whether a translation is needed. We've written country guides for the most common destinations, linked below.

One visit, one point of contact, one tracked package

The transferee comes to our Beaverton office once, or we come to them for notary work. Everything ships back together, tracked.

Questions

Frequently asked

Yes. Each adult who needs an FBI check is fingerprinted the same visit, and we batch the family's apostilles so everything ships back together. Additional federal documents are $200 each; additional state documents are $150 each.
Tell us the date first. Oregon and Washington state apostilles have a 1–2 business day White-Glove option. Federal apostilles have one speed, about 2 weeks door to door, so an FBI check that needs an apostille should start as soon as the move is confirmed.
Either. We can invoice your company per file, or the transferee pays at booking. Tell us which when you add us to your vendor list.
Yes. International return shipping is tracked and quoted before anything is charged. Many families prefer to carry the documents themselves; both work.
Yes. Birth, marriage, and divorce records from outside Oregon and Washington are hand-carried by courier through that state's authority and quoted per state.
